Signs

An array of sign types – including entrance identifiers, vehicular guides, trail head kiosks and trail guides – work together to keep trail users informed and oriented during their visit.

Maps

Concise maps – adapted to trail head kiosks and small guides – help visitors easily orient themselves to the wider park and plan their visit.

Interpretive Graphics

Rich graphics like this populate the visitor center and showcase wonderful photos captured at Grass River Natural Area. The interpretive panels prime visitors for their nature walk — describing the land, plants and animals one might see while in the park.

Sensory Trail Interpretive Graphics

A series of on-trail interpretive panels encourage visitors to use the full range of their senses to experience the park fully. Braille translations integrated at each sign location ensure that sight impaired visitors will also have a rich park experience.
